Guyana的法律要求

The employer must keep, maintain and make available a fully stocked medicine chest and ensure that first aid, including trained personnel, is available — an "adequate provision" duty rather than a fixed ratio, aligned with the UK model (trained person in charge above 150 workers).

The Act does not prescribe a delivery mode; workplace first-aid training combining online theory with a practical assessment is accepted.
